Description
LVM92-EHP is a monoblock valve designed for tractor front loaders, offering excellent proportional operating characteristics and easy installation. It features flow rates of up to 90 l/min and operating pressures of up to 250 bar.
The valve provides fully electro-proportional control, including the float function, regardless of the load and operating conditions.
The kit includes the valve, a proportional control joystick, and electrical wiring.
Application

For proper system operation, carefully follow all steps below:
- Make the connection as shown above.
- Ensure that the hydraulic accumulator is correctly connected.
- Check that the inlet pressure does not exceed 250 bar.
- Ensure that the nominal flow is 90 l/min.
- Check that the connections on ports B1, A1, A2 and B2 are correctly connected.
- Ensure that the drain (leakage) line is correctly connected.
- Check that the T (tank) and P (pressure) lines are connected and operating correctly.

- If you have two valves in the hydraulic line, connect the carry-over output of the first valve to the pressure inlet of the second valve.
- If only one valve is used, connect the valve’s carry-over output directly to the tank.

The diagram shows an OPEN CENTER hydraulic system:
1. Proportional valve (LVM92 EHP) on the right side of the attachment interface.
2. Interface for the tractor front loader.
3. Hydraulic valves already installed on the tractor can be used for other consumers.
4. Other valves or auxiliary valves.
5. Tractor front loader.
Three hydraulic lines (P, T1, T) connect the OPEN CENTER proportional valve to the tractor’s hydraulic system:
- P – pressure line
- T – return line (tank)
- T1 – pressure forwarding (Power Beyond – “PB”) + 8 bar spring-loaded check valve

Connect the valve as shown above:
- Make sure the system voltage is 12 V.
- Check that the power supply cable is connected correctly.
- The system must include a chain cable and a 120-ohm resistor.
- After connecting the joystick, make sure the ACAS LEDs light up green.
- Check that all cables are securely and properly connected.

- BLUE button: 6/2 directional control valve (momentary button)
- RED button: float function (latching button)
- GREEN button: slow/fast (latching button)
Float function: Move the joystick in the B1 (lowering) direction. While the joystick is in the B1 position, press the float (FLOAT) button to activate float mode. Warning: Do not perform this operation when the loader is raised too high.
