Description
The RS-20000 (24 V) electric winch is an exceptionally powerful and cost-effective solution from our ECO line, designed for pulling heavy loads and use in demanding working conditions. With a rated pulling capacity of up to 9100 kg (20,000 lbs), it is suitable for heavy-duty off-road and utility vehicles, trailers, recovery vehicles, agricultural and forestry machinery, as well as other applications where high and controlled pulling force is required.
The winch operates on a 24 V DC power supply and is driven by a powerful 7.8 HP electric motor. The four-stage planetary gear system with a 469:1 gear ratio provides high torque and efficient power transmission to the drum. The rated pulling capacity of up to 9100 kg (20,000 lbs) applies to the first layer of steel wire rope. As the number of rope layers on the drum increases, the available pulling capacity gradually decreases, which is characteristic of all drum winches.
The RS-20000 is equipped with a 12 mm diameter, 26 m long galvanized steel wire rope. The 180° rotating clutch lever allows the winch to be switched to free-spool mode for faster manual unwinding of the rope. The winch can be operated using either the wired or wireless remote control.
Most common applications:
-
Recovery and pulling of heavy vehicles (assisting vehicles stuck in mud, snow or difficult terrain).
-
Use on recovery vehicles and trailers (loading, pulling and positioning vehicles, machinery and other heavy loads).
-
Pulling timber and heavy loads (moving logs, equipment and materials over shorter distances).
-
Agricultural and forestry work (pulling machinery, equipment or loads in difficult-to-access areas).
-
Use on heavy-duty off-road and utility vehicles where high pulling capacity is required.
-
Installation and service work (controlled movement and positioning of heavy components, machinery or equipment).
Why choose an electric winch instead of manual pulling?
-
very high pulling capacity of up to 9100 kg (20,000 lbs),
-
smooth and controlled pulling,
-
powerful 7.8 HP electric motor,
-
robust galvanized steel wire rope,
-
less physical effort required from the user,
-
faster and more efficient operation.
For heavier loads or more demanding pulling situations, we recommend using a suitable snatch block, which allows you to:
-
increase the available pulling capacity,
-
reduce the load on the winch,
-
make it easier to move heavy loads,
-
help extend the service life of the winch.
The RS-20000 ECO electric winch is an ideal choice for users who require a powerful 24 V electric winch with steel wire rope and a pulling capacity of up to 9100 kg for demanding professional and private applications.

Note: Use high-quality copper cables with an appropriate cross-sectional area to power the electric winch. As the distance between the battery and the winch increases, a larger cable cross-section is required due to voltage drop. The values shown represent the recommended minimum cable cross-sections. The actual cable size depends on the maximum current draw of the winch, cable length, operating conditions, temperature and installation method. The distance shown in the table represents the one-way distance between the battery and the winch.
