BALE FORKS (Tomaž, SLO)

The haymaking season is in full swing before the summer heat arrives, and with it comes the need to collect forage. Our customer builds bale forks, including a “double” version that allows the tractor to pick up and carry four bales at once. For the lifting mechanism, he uses our hydraulic cylinders. The cylinder lifts the upper pair of bales, making space for two more below. The result? Transport from the field to the farm becomes much more efficient.

BALE LOADER (Velimir, CRO)

A customer from Croatia built his own bale loader at home, allowing him to reach heights of up to 3,7 meters. This makes it possible to stack multiple bales in a single column, significantly reducing the storage space required.

TRACTOR TRAILER REFURBISHMENT (Ivica, CRO)

A customer from Croatia undertook a refurbishment of his trailer. For securing the side panels, he chose our “ROSI” side pannel lockings. He told us that they are well-made, durable, and allow for fast and safe locking of the trailer side panels.

A customer from Belgium previously had only a mechanical opening of the rear side panel on his tractor-trailer. With an increasing workload, opening the side panel manually became time-consuming, so he upgraded the system to hydraulic opening. The project required structural reinforcements as well as linking both hydraulic cylinders to the tractor’s control system. Now the customer can open the trailer’s side panel directly from the cabin, without needing to get out before tipping.

Working on steep terrain often requires creativity. Thanks to ingenuity and technical skill, our customers can still manage demanding slopes using machinery. Several of our components were used in the creation of this custom mountain tractor.

SNOW PLOW MOUNTED ON TRACTOR (Polde, SLO)

One of our regular and local customers built a precisely adjustable snow plow. With all the hydraulic components installed, operating the plow is simple and efficient, which is especially important for this type of application. As you know, when snow falls, everyone wants clear roads as quickly as possible. And by the way, this very plow also keeps our own yard clean.

Our customer from Croatia made a forestry trailer for himself. When choosing hydraulic components for the trailer, he turned to us for assistance. The trailer is equipped with our hydraulic cylinders, valves, hoses, and our forestry grapples mounted on the crane.

MULCHER THAT CAN CLIMB ALMOST ANYWHERE (CRO)

Our customer from Croatia sent us a photo of his homemade mulcher, which allows him to work on hard-to-reach terrain. The machine uses a hydraulic motor to grind all vegetation in front of it and is operated via hydraulic controls.

MINI EXCAVATOR FOR LANDSCAPING (SLO)

Our customer upgraded a standard mini excavator into a machine designed for landscaping around homes and gardens. The excavator is equipped with a circular cutting blade for stump removal. Thanks to the hydraulic system, the attachment can be controlled precisely, ensuring excellent performance and results.

TRACTOR BACK LOADER WITH FORESTRY GRAPPLES (Leopold, SLO)

A small tractor, a compact grapple, but excellent efficiency. Our customer made great use of the setup by mounting the forestry grapple onto the tractor back loader to move logs with ease.

MOBILE HOOF-TRIMMING TRAILER (CRO)

Our customer from Croatia built a mobile hoof-trimming trailer using our hydraulic components. The crate is mounted on a trailer, and thanks to the hydraulic system, it can be quickly positioned at the work site, allowing the customer to begin work almost immediately upon arrival.

VEHICLE LOADING ELECTRIC WINCH (Žan, SLO)

One of our customers, known to the public from a reality TV show, now runs his own automotive workshop. He uses our electric winch to load broken-down cars (and even tractors) onto his emergency towing trailer. The DWM 10,000 HD electric winch provides more than enough pulling power to ensure reliable operation in demanding tasks.

A customer working in timber harvesting and processing upgraded their wood saw with a hydraulic cylinder, which provides fast and precise blade movement. This allows large logs to be cut into boards that are exactly the thickness the customer wants.
