Description:
The RS-12000 (24V) electric winch is a powerful and reliable solution from our ECO line, designed for demanding and heavy-duty pulling applications. With a rated pulling capacity of up to 5440 kg (12,000 lbs), it is suitable for off-road vehicles, SUVs, pick-up trucks, trailers, boats, forestry and construction work, as well as vehicle recovery in the most demanding conditions.
The RS-12000 electric winch is equipped with a synthetic rope, which is significantly lighter and safer to use than steel wire rope, while also allowing easier handling and installation.
The winch operates on a 24 V DC power supply and achieves its maximum pulling capacity on the first layer of rope. As the number of rope layers on the drum increases, the available pulling capacity gradually decreases, which is characteristic of all drum winches.
Thanks to its robust construction and efficient drive system, the winch provides smooth, controlled, and reliable pulling even under heavy loads.
Most common applications
- Vehicle recovery (recovering off-road vehicles, SUVs and pick-up trucks from mud, sand, snow or steep terrain).
- Forestry work (pulling heavier logs, timber and other large loads in demanding environments).
- Boats and trailers (assisting with pulling boats onto trailers or moving heavier trailers and equipment).
- Agricultural and construction work (moving heavy machinery, equipment or materials where larger hydraulic or industrial winches are not available).
- Installation and service work (precise placement and positioning of heavy components).
Why choose a winch with synthetic rope instead of steel wire rope?
- significantly lower weight compared to steel wire rope,
- greater safety during operation (lower risk of dangerous recoil),
- easier handling without sharp wire strands,
- corrosion resistance.
For heavier loads or greater pulling distances, we recommend using a snatch block, which allows you to:
- increase the pulling capacity,
- reduce the load on the winch,
- extend the service life of the winch.
Package includes:
- RS-12000 ECO electric winch,
- synthetic rope,
- hook for synthetic rope,
- wired and wireless remote control,
- roller fairlead,
- mounting bolts.
NOTE: The mounting plate is not included with the purchase and must be purchased separately.

Note: Use high-quality copper cables with an appropriate cross-sectional area to power the electric winch. As the distance between the battery and the winch increases, a larger cable cross-section is required due to voltage drop. The values shown represent the recommended minimum cable cross-sections. The actual cable size depends on the maximum current draw of the winch, cable length, operating conditions, temperature and installation method. The distance shown in the table represents the one-way distance between the battery and the winch.
